⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Hotel Fontan Reforma Mexico City was nothing short of fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the sights. The dependable Wi-Fi was a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of adventures. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar and restaurant, boasting breathtaking 360-degree views of the city! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was exceptional. The friendly staff made my experience even better, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend Hotel Fontan Reforma for anyone visiting Mexico City!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this five-star hotel! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home, offering exceptional service throughout my stay. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I was also impressed by the reliable WiFi, which made it easy for me to stay connected. The restaurant and bar exceeded my expectations, serving delicious meals and refreshing drinks in a delightful ambiance. The location couldn’t be more perfect—central to all the attractions and a great spot to unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend!

I usually give Fontan 5 stars. However, on this trip I had two problems. First I accidentally booked the wrong date, I meant to book for that same day, but booked for the next day. I prepaid with PayPal, I would never do that again. Because once they had my money they threatened to keep it, made me pay twice as much to stay that night, even though they had plenty of vacancies, I was pretty disappointed. And there was no hot water, I spoke to reception, they said they would check it out, but even the next morning the water was only lukewarm. But in general it's a great hotel.

Actually this hotel is great value for money. A spacious room and and a very large bed. Perfectly situated at the Paseo de la Reforma and at the corner of the Centro Historico quarter and next to Alameda parc. Friendly service at the front desk en really excellent service (quality with a real smile) and breakfast (various tasteful options). The chef that runs the restaurant is really great. Not only does he (with his staf) provide you tasty food, his friendly attitude and the smile on his face while running the place makes it a joy having breakfast here!

Location, Rooftoop, cozy room and staff ! Staff was great, always willing to help and taking care of every detail. Our room was always on point! If I’m not mistaken our camarista was Eva and she did a great job ( we never saw her but we knew her name ). Rooftop is very beautiful and has a great environment to go for dinner or for a drink. Room was super cozy mostly the bed !
